Position: Industrial Design Intern

Orange Chair is a custom commercial furniture company located in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

During my time at Orange Chair I was involved in their design, build, and installation processes. Using Rhinoceros and Grasshopper softwares, I engineered CAD models from drawings and programmed for CNC machining. I learned about the complete assembly process from ideas to final products and was hands on in the wood shop operating both basic machinery and CNC routers, assisting with structure assembly, cladding, and dry fitting for final installation.
